AAO-Tsalach Limited, a Lagos-based HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations optimize their human resources management and drive success, is seeking a Youth Corperto to support our research and consulting efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, conducting market research, and providing insights to help guide our clients' HR strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical and have excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data on market trends, HR practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze data using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients effectively.
- Collaborate with consultants and other team members to develop actionable recommendations based on research findings.
- Assist in the development and refinement of research tools, methodologies, and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our research efforts.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in HR management.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to support project delivery as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for learning and staying informed about the latest trends in HR management and organizational development.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₦30,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
