Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to take on the challenging role for a company in the Human Capital/Consulting sector. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first person in command of the company and responsible for giving strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives
- Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results are achieved and consistent with the overall strategy
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements as well as oversee the company’s fiscal activity,
- Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Overall management of 6 high performing sales teams as well as Back Office, Legal, Accounting, HR administration and IT; 40
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Your background:
- Proven experience as CEO or other similar leadership position
- Experience in profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance ad budgeting
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
