- Administrative tasks
- Prepare cash bills, invoice, delivery order & purchase order.
- Manage and maintain stock
- Maintain filing system (hard copy & soft copy) and office equipment
- Capable of doing social media marketing
- Excellent in using computer
- Involve in staff recruitment
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least Degree in Business/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Human Resources Management, Marketing, Secretarial or Equivalent.
- IPTA graduated
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in computer skills
- Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, MySQL Financial Accounting
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
