Responsibilities

  • Handling purchasing and procurement for the company.
  • Assist with Immigration issues that required counter service and enforcement.
  • Manage and handling of the company security equipment, vehicles and hostel.
  • Assist with HR department on timesheet check and salary preparation.
  • In charge of the petty cash for the HQ office.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Good proficiency in English and Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
